In 1989 he sold the Marina and became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.   His knowledge of the lakes in the area gradually led him to focussing primarily on waterfront cottage and recreational land sales.  In 1991 he joined the Bowes and Cocks team, a company with a similar focus in rural property sales.  David opened his own licensed office at Weslemkoon Lake and still concentrates primarily on waterfront properties and wilderness acreages.  Weslemkoon Lake is a water access lake surrounded by hundreds of thousand of acres of Crown Land and Wilderness.  Dave is equipped to access this remote area by A.T.V., snowmobile, power boat or canoe.  He has built a reputation of professionalism, trustworthiness, and a high degree of knowledge in relation to his real estate practice.
