Kate has been enjoying a successful career in real estate in the City of Kawartha Lakes since 1993, after 12 years in the home and building supply industry. She obtained a Broker designation in 1998.

Kate has served on the Kawartha Lakes Real Estate Association as a Director and as President.

She has sat on numerous committees on the board, as well as acted as Chair of the Professional Standards Committee which monitors ethics in the Real Estate industry.

She is knowledgeable in all areas of real estate sales including commercial and investment, and is a member of the National Commercial Council of Canada.
